How Are Shopping Agent Services Charged?
Kaybuy offers free shopping agent services for our customers.
Apart from the product cost, international shipping fees, and customs charges, Kaybuy does not charge any additional service fees for orders from regular shopping platforms. (Value-added services are available for purchase if needed.)
Total Cost for Shopping Agent Service = Product Cost + International Shipping Fees + Customs Charges
Product Cost: The price of the product + domestic shipping fee (shipping cost from the seller’s location to Kaybuy’s warehouse in China)
International Shipping Fees: Shipping cost calculated based on product weight, chosen shipping method, and destination country
Customs Charges: Fees required for international customs clearance, typically around ¥8.00 (depends on the shipping method)
