Items stored over 180 days without shipment or contact will be considered abandoned. Ownership will transfer to Kaybuy.

Abnormal Parcels
⚠ What is an abnormal parcel?
A parcel that cannot be identified (e.g., no order submitted, missing logistics info).
⚠ Temporary Storage: 60 days
60 days of free temporary storage from the day it’s received.
⚠ Notification
No alerts will be sent if the parcel is unlinked to any order or user.
⚠ Overdue Handling
After 60 days without verification, the parcel is considered abandoned. Ownership transfers to Kaybuy for unified processing.
