Appearance Check
We check for visible issues such as color, model, size, and outer packaging damage. For clothing, labels/tags prevail. Notes on your order will be taken into account.
Electronics
Only external appearance is inspected. We do not unseal, power on, or verify accessories. Photos will be uploaded upon arrival.
After-Sales Support
If inspection causes any issue, contact us for assistance.
Notes:
Color variation, slight size difference, and product performance are not covered.
If no visible damage is found, we assume you've confirmed with the seller.
If items are unfit for international shipping, we’ll flag and notify you for action.
