Parcel Receipt Notice
Parcel Return
Domestic Security Issues: If your parcel is returned due to domestic security issues, we will contact you for confirmation and resend it to you free of charge.
International Security Issues: If the parcel has been sent abroad but is returned due to "international security issues," "undelivered," "unclear address," or "unable to deliver," you will need to pay for the re-shipping costs.
Customs Clearance Issues: Once the parcel arrives at the foreign customs, clearance procedures must be completed. Customs mainly conducts random checks, and if the parcel contains special items, invoices or other clearance documents may be required. If the parcel is returned or destroyed due to unclear recipient address or inability to contact the recipient, the associated customs fees will be borne by the recipient.
Parcel Confiscation
4. We will inspect the material and category of the goods but cannot determine whether the product is genuine, counterfeit, or imitation. For goods involving intellectual property, we cannot act as an agent and are not responsible for customs clearance. If your parcel is confiscated by customs due to counterfeit items, fake goods, or sensitive items, you will be liable for any associated responsibility.
Reminder: Please carefully choose the delivery method when submitting an international shipping order, especially for foreign brands, counterfeit products, or Class A goods.
Sign-off Notice
5. Check Before Signing: Please check the parcel for any obvious discrepancies before signing.
6. Parcel Damage: If the parcel is visibly damaged or broken, the recipient should check the parcel in front of the delivery person and note the situation or refuse the parcel.
7. Non-Face-to-Face Receipt: If you did not sign for the parcel in person and the parcel is damaged or broken, please retain the original packaging and seal it as soon as possible. Provide the invoice and photos of the damage within 2 working days of shipment, and we will negotiate compensation with the post office.
8. Completion of Sign-off: Normal receipt means the completion of the entire shipping process. After the parcel is signed for, we no longer assume responsibility, regardless of the parcel's condition.
9. Feedback: After signing for the parcel, if there are any issues, please provide feedback to customer service within 72 hours. After 72 hours, we will be unable to process your case.
