Common Shipping Exceptions
During international shipping, the most common issues are: delivery delays, parcel loss, and parcel damage.
Delays: Major logistics providers do not offer compensation for delays. Therefore, compensation is not available for delayed shipments.
Loss/Damage: In cases of parcel loss or damage, Kaybuy will compensate according to the policy of the selected shipping route. You may request after-sales support or contact customer service.
To provide added protection, Kaybuy offers optional insurance to ensure more secure delivery.
Kaybuy Insurance Covers:
1. Delay Insurance
For certain routes, if a parcel takes more than 30–40 days to be delivered (from the shipment date), 20% of the shipping fee will be refunded.
2. Loss/Damage Insurance
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, we will compensate based on the Kaybuy insurance policy and the actual condition of the item.
3. Customs Seizure Insurance
If your parcel is confiscated by customs, Kaybuy will offer compensation based on the insurance policy and package status.
